Please join us on Halloween - Saturday, October 31st at Cedar Hill Park for a fun Halloween-themed Score-O format orienteering event.
Legend of the SCARE-O: Years ago two young orienteers didn't check back in from SCARE-O. Now locals tell tales of these woods being haunted by a young Darth Vader and a 4 foot tall Mandolorian.
Beware, use caution, and keep your wits about you as you try to collect as many controls as you can before time expires...
(And obviously check back in when you finish)
This is a semi-mass start event. Participants will have ~ 2.5 hours to collect as many points as possible on the course. Each control will have a different point value. Highest total points wins, and ties will be broken by fastest time. See our website for a full schedule and precise meet location.
Start Time is 11 AM - Finish for everyone is 1:30 PM
Wearing a costume earns you a ten minute headstart. (10:50 AM)
