The NW Portland urban metrorogaine is a score-orienteering running or walking competition where the competitor has up to 1, 2, 4, or 6 hours to find as many control sites as possible, in any order. A map is used to find the locations of each virtual control site and the MapRun® app is used to record start and finish times, as well as the time and score value for each control found.
