Saturday Training begins at 10 am.
Saturday Night: $7 Beginner; $10 Intermediate/Advanced
Sunday: $7 for White Course (On-trail beginners); Other courses: $10 for DVOA or other club members, juniors, and $15 for everyone else
Sunday Day of registration: $20 (Y/O/Br/G/R); $10 for White
Event Times: Saturday Night 7:00pm- 8:30pm starts. Sunday Starts 9:00 am to 12:00 noon Control pickup will begin at 2:00pm.
For Night and Sunday Courses: If you are going out as a group (staying together and only using one timing chip), only one person needs to register and you only pay one fee. While registering you will record the names of your teammates and have an opportunity to buy maps for them at only $3 each! However all Groups must Register under a separate form. Please email Registrar: maryf@covenv.com to receive the documentation.
Group Registrations Email the Registrar: maryf@covenv.com for a Registration Form and Waiver. Must be registered No later than 9/1/2024.
